A Controversy Involving Megan Thee Stallion and Her Photographer

Accusations of sexual harassment have surfaced against American rapper Megan Pete, also known as Megan Thee Stallion, by her personal photographer, Emilio Garcia.

In a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday, Garcia, who has been working with Megan since 2018, alleges that the hip-hop star made him witness a sexual act in a moving vehicle against his will.

According to Garcia’s lawyer, Ron Zambrano, “Emilio should never have been forced to be in the same vehicle while she engaged in intimate activities with another person.”

Furthermore, the complaint includes claims of violations of employment standards and derogatory remarks about Garcia’s weight.

Garcia is now seeking unspecified compensatory and punitive damages for what his legal representative describes as a blatant case of “sexual harassment and body shaming.”

On the other hand, Megan Thee Stallion has refuted these allegations.

The rapper’s lawyer, Alex Spiro, countered the lawsuit by stating that its main goal is to secure a financial settlement.

“This is purely a financial claim—with no actual allegations of sexual harassment and sensationalized accusations aimed at tarnishing her reputation,” Spiro added.
