Yvonne Godwin, a contestant on the reality show Big Brother Titans, shared a story of how she took destructive action on her former partner’s car and pilot gear due to his reluctance to commit to marriage.
According to her, her ex-boyfriend, who was a pilot, chose to keep their relationship hidden, a decision that did not sit well with her.
During an appearance on the radio show The Big Friday Show With Tach on Cool FM, Yvonne explained that when she confronted him about his secrecy, he justified it by stating that he wanted his older sister to get married first before considering their relationship seriously.
Infuriated by this explanation, the reality TV star admitted to puncturing his car tires, shattering his windshield, and dousing all his pilot uniforms in bleach.
Recalling the confrontation, she mentioned, “I challenged him, saying, ‘You’re concealing something. You’re either married already or… Why are you keeping me a secret?’
“I caused a scene; I damaged his property, destroyed his car, vandalized his belongings. At that time, I was young and impulsive.”
Yvonne clarified that her ex-partner was not married but simply did not share her level of commitment. His reasoning that he wanted his sister to marry first seemed illogical to her.
Currently, Yvonne is romantically involved with Juicy Jay, another contestant from BBTitans hailing from South Africa.
