The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has issued a declaration for the former governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello, who is wanted for his involvement in economic and financial crimes.
On Thursday, the commission posted a notice on its official Facebook page regarding Bello’s wanted status.
The notice stated, “Yahaya Bello, the ex-governor of Kogi State, is being sought by the EFCC for his alleged involvement in economic and financial crimes totaling N80.2 billion.
“Anyone who has information about his location is urged to promptly report to the EFCC or the nearest police station,” the notice emphasized.
