Wilfred Ndidi Reportedly Drawing Interest from Multiple Clubs, Reveals Carlton Palmer

Carlton Palmer, a former player for Leeds United and Southampton, has indicated that Wilfred Ndidi is likely to leave Leicester City during the upcoming off-season.

Palmer suggested that several Premier League clubs, including Tottenham Hotspur, Aston Villa, Newcastle United, and Wolverhampton Wanderers, will step up their pursuit of the talented midfielder as he becomes available on a free transfer.

Additionally, Palmer mentioned that Spanish giants Barcelona have shown interest in Ndidi.

Speaking to Football League World, Palmer stated, “Wilfred Ndidi has been garnering a significant amount of attention from Premier League clubs. Teams like Spurs, Aston Villa, Newcastle, and Wolves are all in the mix. Ndidi’s contract with Leicester City expires in the summer.”

Pointing out Ndidi’s high weekly wages of approximately £75,000, Palmer speculated that this could lead the Foxes to consider selling him during the summer transfer window.

Furthermore, he noted, “There are also reports of interest from foreign clubs, with Barcelona being among those linked with him.”
