Warning to Criminals from the Nigerian Navy: Stay Away from Our Areas of Operation

The Nigerian Navy Ship, NNS, Delta has issued a strong caution to criminals: stay away from our areas of operation or face the consequences.

Commander of NNS Delta, Commodore Abba Muhsin, delivered this warning on Saturday following the quarterly Route March conducted by the command’s personnel.

“Criminals, the areas of operation of NNS Delta are not meant for you; we urge you to depart peacefully so that law-abiding citizens can carry out their activities without disruption,” he stated.

“If you choose to remain within our jurisdiction, we will apprehend you without fail. Therefore, depart before you are apprehended by the authorities,” he cautioned.

Discussing the significance of the Route March, Muhsin highlighted that the exercise showcases the Navy’s preparedness, physical fitness, and the genuine military ethos of its members.

He further mentioned that the objective of the exercise is to enhance the conduct, stamina, and collective capabilities of the personnel in fulfilling their government-assigned duties.

“This particular Route March aligns with the fundamental principles of the Nigerian Navy, which are: collaboration, expertise, and honesty,” Muhsin remarked.

“The Route March emphasizes the collaborative aspect, emphasizing the unity and shared experience among us,” he added.

“Both officers and ratings comprehend the significance of endurance, enduring long distances without water as part of our rigorous training,” he explained.
