Initiative promoted by the Romanian Eurodiput Gheorghe Pipper

To force a motion of censure, it is necessary for a tenth of the deputies who form the Eurocamara, as has happened in this case with the initiative promoted by the MEP Rumano Gheorghe Pipper, of the ultra -rightist group conservatives and European reformists (ECR).

However, to be approved it is necessary that the motion has the support of a majority of two thirds of the votes cast that, in turn, represents most of the deputies that make up the Parliament.

The relationship between the European Parliament and the Von der Leyen Commission does not go through its best moment, weighed after Brussels have excluded the MEPs of the negotiation of the European Fund of 150,000 million euros to finance joint purchases in defense or suspended negotiations on the future European Law against Ecopostureo.
