An expert in the transfer market, Ben Jacobs, has shared his thoughts on where Victor Osimhen might end up once he departs Napoli this season.
Contrary to speculation linking him with Chelsea or Arsenal, Jacobs predicts that the Nigerian striker will likely move to Paris Saint-Germain.
With the departure of Kylian Mbappé looming, Osimhen could be seen as a suitable replacement for the French champions in Ligue 1.

During a discussion on CaughtOffside’s The Debrief, Jacobs mentioned, “Arsenal’s focus seems to be on Joshua Zirkzee and Viktor Gyokeres. At this stage, it appears less probable for them to aggressively pursue Victor Osimhen. PSG emerges as a more plausible destination. However, if Osimhen expresses interest in the Premier League and Arsenal joins the race, they could potentially outbid Chelsea due to financial strength.”
Considering the constraints of the Premier League Profit and Sustainability Rules, Chelsea might opt out of pursuing Osimhen to avoid financial restrictions.
