Ukraine and the United States aspire to end the agreement for the exploitation of mineral resources before April 26 and sign it “as soon as possible” from that date, according to the text of the intention memorandum signed on the eve and published this Friday by the Ukrainian Ministry of Economy.
To do this, the Ukrainian Prime Minister Denís Shmigal will travel next week to the US capital to meet with the US Treasury Secretary Scott Besent.
The objective of the trip is to conclude the technical discussions on the investment fund for the reconstruction of Ukraine that will be created within the framework of the agreement.
