Trump responds to the criticism of Bruce Springsteen: "It is darker than a stone"

In one of his favorite lands, that of disqualification, the president of the United States, Donald Trump, has lashed hard against Bruce Springsteen, one of the most iconic figures of American rock, after the recent statements of the musician during a concert in Europe.

The singer, known for both his political activism and for his musical career, criticized Trump’s unsuccessful in a performance in Mercune, England. “My home is the United States, a lighthouse of hope and freedom for 250 years, but is currently in the hands of a corrupt, incompetent and traitorous administration,” said the artist before thousands of attendees. In addition, he called on civic action: “We ask all those who believe in democracy and in the best of our American experience that raise the voice against authoritarianism and let freedom sound.”

Trump’s response: insults and disqualifications

Trump’s replica was swift. In his social truth platform, the ex -president described Springsteen as a “totally overvalued rocker” and called him “more silly than a stone”, in addition to ensuring that he has “an atrophied face” and that it is a “dry prune” (plum passes, in a derogatory tone).

“I see that the very overvalued Bruce Springsteen goes to a foreign country to speak badly of the president of the United States. I never liked his music or his radical left policy. He is not a guy with talent, just an enthrieve unblocking who supported Joe Biden, the most incompetent president in the history of our country.”

The president also suggested that the fact that Springsteen criticized the government outside the US. It seemed like a special offense, and warned that the consequences would be different if they made those statements within the country.

“This ‘Rocker Cuiruela passes’ (your skin is stunted!) It should close your mouth until you return to the country. Then we will see how Trump added in a threatening tone.

A political confrontation that comes from afar

Trump and Springsteen tensions are not new. The musician has been a constant critic of the former president since the 2016 campaign. In the 2020 elections, he actively supported Joe Biden, even participating in campaign ads, and has recently supported the candidacy of Kamala Harris for the presidential ones of 2024.

During his European tour, Springsteen has reinforced his political speech from the stage, noting that “the last control of power, when institutional brakes fail, we are the people.”
