Speculation is rife that Bayern Munich’s manager, Thomas Tuchel, could be eyeing a move to Manchester United in the upcoming summer transfer window.
During discussions about his future before the crucial Champions League semi-final clash against Real Madrid, Tuchel couldn’t contain his fondness for the English top-flight division.
The first leg of the semi-final matchup ended in a thrilling 2-2 draw at the Allianz Arena, with Tuchel’s Bayern Munich aiming to secure a spot in the final.
Despite a less-than-stellar season in the Bundesliga, Tuchel, who clinched the Champions League trophy with Chelsea in 2021, managed to guide Bayern to the semi-finals, making him the first Bayern manager since 2012 not to win the league.
Following the disappointing domestic performance, Tuchel announced his departure from Bayern after just 14 months at the helm, triggering speculation about his next destination.

When pressed by TNT Sports about his future plans, Tuchel cryptically responded, stating, “I prefer not to disclose, but it’s no secret that my time at Chelsea was cherished; my affinity for England is undeniable.”
“The Premier League holds a special place in my heart, and I look back on my time there with great fondness,” Tuchel added.
