"This is a rip off" Ramsey Noah slams store after being told his new TV screen isn't covered by warranty when he took it back with a crack (video)

The Nigerian actor, Ramsey Nouah, expressed his dissatisfaction with a store on Instagram after he returned a newly purchased TV screen less than a month old, only to be informed that it is not covered by warranty due to a crack.

Nouah revealed that the screen cracked when his kids were playing squash ball, subsequently causing the TV to malfunction. He took the TV back to the store with the expectation that it would be covered by warranty, only to be told otherwise.

In a video posted on Instagram, the visibly upset actor showed the TV on the floor in front of the store, accompanied by its packaging, indicating his displeasure with the situation.

In his caption, Nouah expressed his frustration, questioning the value and sustainability of such products, particularly concerning the lack of warranty for the most expensive component. He also invited others to share similar experiences with companies, emphasizing the need to address such issues.
