In the ongoing rift between Nigerian musicians Davido and Burna Boy, singer Joe El Amadi has shared his perspective.
He likened Burna Boy to the controversial veteran artist Eedris Abdulkareem, suggesting that Burna Boy is intensifying his disagreement with Davido excessively.
During a recent episode of the ‘Real Ish’ podcast, Joe El expressed his view that Davido is known to be a compassionate individual, contrasting with Burna Boy’s approach.
In Joe El’s words, “Burna Boy mirrors how Eedris Abdulkareem used to handle situations in the past. The ongoing feud between Davido and Burna Boy seems exaggerated from Burna’s end. Davido, on the other hand, has a kind-hearted nature.”
Further, Joe El criticized Burna Boy for his controversial claim that no one had paved the way in the Nigerian music industry, pointing out the significant contributions and sacrifices made by individuals to elevate the Afrobeats genre to its current status.
