Rangers Manager Praises Cyriel Dessers for Improvement in Performance

Philippe Clement, the manager of Rangers, has acknowledged the progress in Cyriel Dessers’ performance since his arrival at Ibrox.

Having transferred from the Italian club Cremonese last summer, Dessers joined the Light Blues.

Despite facing some challenges in winning over the Rangers’ fans, the Nigerian international has shown improvement since joining the club.

In a recent Scottish Cup semi-final match against Heart, the 29-year-old striker scored two goals, bringing his total tally for the season to 19 across all competitions.

Clement expressed his satisfaction with Dessers’ development, stating, “Cyriel is not only scoring goals but also showing increased strength. These past six months of playing here have been the most successful of his career so far. We will continue working with him to enhance his abilities further. I am witnessing more of the qualities I look for in a striker.”
