The 98th National Executive Committee meeting of the Peoples Democratic Party is currently ongoing at the NEC Hall located in the party’s national secretariat, Wadata Plaza, Abuja.
In attendance at the NEC meeting is the party’s acting National Chairman, Umar Damagum, who is also presiding over the meeting; alongside a former Vice President and PDP’s 2023 presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar; and another former Vice President, Namadi Sambo.
Also present are state governors such as Bala Mohammed of Bauchi State, Seyi Makinde of Oyo State, Ahmed Fintiri of Adamawa State, Ademola Adeleke of Osun State, Sim Fubara of Rivers State, and the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, amongst others.
