In the current Premier League season, former Tottenham Hotspur striker Peter Crouch is tipping Liverpool to clinch the title.
Crouch is of the opinion that Jurgen Klopp’s team has what it takes to be champions and acknowledges that Arsenal has firmly entered the title race contention.
This season’s Premier League title race seems to be dominated by Arsenal, Liverpool, and Manchester City.
During an interview with the Hawksbee & Jacobs Show on talkSPORT, the ex-England international shared his thoughts:
“At the beginning of the season, I backed Liverpool to win the title, and while some may argue that I am biased towards them, Arsenal has done enough to challenge for the crown as well.”
“Manchester City may be considered favorites due to their recent success, making it seem like a two-way battle. However, Arsenal has now firmly established themselves in the conversation.”
Despite the competition, Crouch is standing by his initial choice: “I’m sticking with Liverpool. I believe they have what it takes to come out on top.”
