Pastor Adeboye, the general overseer of Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, shared a divine revelation stating that there will be occurrences of earthquakes in locations where they have not previously been experienced.
During the Crossover service of the RCCG at the Redemption Camp, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, Pastor Adeboye also prophesied that dormant volcanoes worldwide would erupt in several places.
He refrained from providing specific prophecies concerning Nigeria but emphasized that events impacting the world would consequently affect Nigeria as well.
“Unless we pray fervently, this year will witness unprecedented occurrences, resembling a child having convulsions. There will be earthquakes in many places where they have never occurred before. This is one of the reasons why Nigeria needs prayers. Dormant volcanoes will erupt. The prophecies for the international scene in 2019, referenced a bible passage, Joel 2:28-32, highlighting occurrences of fire and flood. What we witnessed last year pales in comparison to what lies ahead unless God’s children are committed to prayer, averting the divine punishment that will befall nations due to the widespread prevalence of sin. Sin has become rampant. What used to be concealed is now openly celebrated. God is displeased. Christians should therefore intensify their prayers and evangelical efforts,” he stated.
Adeboye also foretold changes in governments across the world in the upcoming year, stating, “There will be changes of governments all over the world. In many places, some of the changes will be peaceful, while in some others, it will be by violence.”
