Nigerian Army’s Troops Take Down Terrorists, Seize Arms in Kaduna
An ambush was carried out by the Nigerian Army's troops involved in counter-terrorism efforts in Kaduna, targeting terrorists moving through the Birnin Gwari area with arms.
As reported on the official Facebook page on Wednesday, the troops set up the ambush near Kwaga Village to intercept the terrorists, resulting in the successful neutralization of one of them.
As mentioned in the statement: “The prompt response of the troops not only averted a potential assault on the innocent residents in the region but also resulted in the recovery of two AK-47 rifles with magazines, along with two motorcycles. Additionally, the troops are currently in pursuit of the fleeing terrorists.”
