EFCC Brings Fresh Charges Against Sirika and Brother for Alleged Fraud
A new set of charges has been filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) against Hadi Sirika, the former Minister of Aviation, along with his brother, Ahmad Sirika, and their company, Enginos Nigeria Limited, for an alleged fraud amounting to over N19.4 billion.
It is alleged that this sum was related to multiple contracts within the aviation ministry that were awarded by the former minister to Enginos Nigeria Limited, a company owned by Sirika's younger brother, Abubakar.
Tomorrow, the Sirika brothers and Enginos Nigeria Limited are scheduled to appear before Justice Belgore at the Federal Capital Territory High Court in Abuja.
