This update was revealed by the Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC) for the state, Anugbum Onuoha, during a stakeholders' meeting in Benin on Thursday that focused on the upcoming Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) exercise. The PVC distribution will coincide with the commencement of the CVR exercise also slated for May 27.
