Student Loses Hand after IED Explosion in Ebonyi [Photos] An improvised explosive device (IED) which went off during the break hour of Glory Land High School in Azugwu, Ebonyi reportedly chopped off the hand of one of the students. The student was rushed to the emergency unit of the Alex Ekwueme Federal University Teaching Hospital, Abakaliki after the explosion which caused serious confusion and panic in the school and its environs.
