Man facing charges for killing two women discovered deceased in a freezer

A man is accused of murdering two women who were found dead in a freezer in London.   35-year-old Zahid Younis has been charged with the murders of Mihrican Mustafa, 38, and Henriett Szucs, 34, approximately nine months after their frozen bodies were discovered at a residence in Canning Town.   As per the UK Sun, Henriett Szucs was a 34-year-old Hungarian national who had been living in the UK for several years, while Mihrican Mustafa, 38, was a mother of three who had been reported as missing. Man Receives 1-Year Jail Term for Defrauding Nigerians at ATM Points (Photo)

For stealing N15,000.00 (Fifteen Thousand Naira) through a fraudulent transfer at an ATM gallery, a fraudster named Bashar Umar Abdullahi (also known as Abdu Abdullahi and Bashir Abdullahi) has been sentenced to a year in jail without the option of a fine by Justice Bello Duwale of the Sokoto State High Court, Sokoto.   Abdullahi specialized in scamming unsuspecting Automated Teller Machine (ATM) users who faced difficulties during transactions at ATM galleries.   The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Sokoto Zonal Office, brought the convict to trial on September 23, 2019, on an amended one-count charge related to cheating and defrauding an unsuspecting victim of N15,000.00 at an ATM gallery.   The charge against Abdullahi stated: "You, Bashar Umar Abdullahi (a.k.a Abd...

On Friday, January 31, the United States government declared the coronavirus outbreak a health emergency and announced a ban on entry for foreign nationals who have recently visited China. Alex Azar, the secretary of Health and Human Services, also stated that American citizens who have traveled to China’s Hubei Province, the epicenter of the virus, within the past two weeks will be subject to a mandatory 14-day quarantine, which is the incubation period of the virus. ''Festus Keyamo Mocks PDP Lawmakers’ Protest at US and UK Embassies over Imo Supreme Court Judgement''

Following the January 14th Supreme Court ruling which removed Emeka Ihedioha as the governor of Imo state and replaced him with APC's Hope Uzodinma, members of the Peoples Democratic Party, led by chairman Uche Secondus, staged a peaceful protest at the US and UK embassies on Friday, January 31st.   During the protest, the PDP members submitted petitions to the embassies, urging a reversal of the Supreme Court's judgement and the reinstatement of Ihedioha as the governor of Imo state.   Reacting to the protest, Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Festus Keyamo, described the action by the PDP members as nothing short of "Comedy at its best".
