This edition of The OJOTO FESTIVAL wasn’t planned to be just a show, it was organized to go in history books as the biggest event in the East! On a cold night the people of Ojoto were thrilled by the electrifying warmth of the artist and comical comedians. The turn out was massive and The Venue was filled to the brim. Lizzo, the Grammy-nominated singer, has announced a break from Twitter following a barrage of attacks on the social media platform.   In a morning tweet, the star expressed her decision, "Yeah I can’t do this Twitter s*** no more.. too many trolls... A 30-year-old housewife, Hauwa Lawal, has been arrested by men of the Kano state police command for allegedly pushing her co-wife Zuwaira Sani, 35 and her 18-month-old son into a well. Confirming the incident, the spokesperson of the state police command, DSP Abdullahi Haruna, said the police received a report on Friday January 3rd that the suspect had a misunderstanding with Sani and that during the argument, she pushed Sani into the well. Tragic Accident on Lagos-Ibadan Expressway Leaves Two Feared Dead

This Monday morning, a fatal accident was reported along the Lagos-Ibadan expressway.   According to a Facebook user, Edeh Chukwuka, who shared graphic images from the scene, the incident occurred at the Shagamu axis. It appears that a Lexus SUV crashed into a stationary truck on the expressway, causing severe impact on the driver and the front passenger.
