Otago Highlanders back Connor Garden-Bachop has died aged 25 after an unspecified “medical event”, New Zealand Rugby said on Tuesday. France head coach, Didier Deschamps, has given a worrying update on Kylian Mbappe, following their 1-0 win over Austria at Euro 2024 on Monday night. Mbappe left the game towards the end with a broken nose and a blood-soaked shirt. The incident happened after the Real Madrid forward collided with Kevin Danso. Deschamps told TF1: “Apparently the nose is not good at all. So we’ll see. “It’s obviously the negative point of the evening. Suspected bandits kill five villagers in Kaduna village

Suspected bandits, on Monday, killed five villagers in Ewehko community, Maro Ward in Kajuru Local Government Area of Kaduna State. A source, who identified himself as Luka Bulus, said the deceased persons were killed while attending a village meeting, even as the bandits set some motorcycles of the victims ablaze during the attack at exactly 2:14 pm on Monday.
