‘P.Diddy’s Lawyer Responds to Raid on US Rapper’s Homes: Calls it a Witch-Hunt’

The legal team representing Sean Combs, the embattled US music executive better known as P. Diddy, has labeled the recent raid on his properties as a targeted “witch-hunt.”

Aaron Dyer, a member of Combs’ legal counsel, decried the raid as a baseless accusation-driven witch-hunt.

US Federal agents conducted a search on the rapper’s residences in response to allegations of his involvement in inappropriate activities with minors and other alleged offenses.

In a statement, Dyer remarked, “The events of yesterday witnessed an excessive display of force akin to military operations during the execution of search warrants at Mr. Combs’ properties.

“This unwarranted attack, coupled with a well-coordinated media presence, has precipitated a rush to judgment against Mr. Combs, portraying it as nothing short of a witch hunt founded on groundless claims put forth in civil suits.”

Combs is currently a subject of multiple civil lawsuits that portray him as a violent sexual offender who supposedly used substances to manipulate his victims.

He has been confronted with at least four lawsuits alleging sexual misconduct, some dating back many years, yet has not faced criminal conviction. Combs vehemently refutes all the accusations.

“None of these claims have resulted in criminal or civil culpability. Mr. Combs maintains his innocence and remains resolute in his pursuit to vindicate himself every day,” added Dyer.
