Nyesom Wike Insists on Effectiveness of Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda in Abuja

The Federal Capital Territory Minister, Nyesom Wike, reaffirmed that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda is showing positive results in the nation’s capital.

During his inspection of the ongoing 7.3-kilometer Gaba-Tokulo road in Bwari Area Council and the 5km temporary access road from the Outer Northern Expressway (ONEX) to the old Keffi road in AMAC (Saburi road), Wike emphasized the progress being made despite challenges.

Wike acknowledged the difficulties posed by the terrain and security threats in Bwari Area Council but highlighted the construction of the critical Gaba-Tokulo road as a sign of hope returning to the area.

He also reassured that the completion of the 5km temporary access road in AMAC was on track, aiming to provide essential infrastructure.

Emphasizing Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, Wike stressed its impact on both urban and rural areas, ensuring governance reaches all constituents.

The FCT Administration’s focus on building rural roads in all six Area Councils demonstrates a commitment to providing basic infrastructure across the region.

“The Renewed Hope Agenda isn’t limited to urban centers. It’s about inclusivity and ensuring rural areas also benefit from governance,” Wike noted.

With projects progressing well, Wike expressed optimism that all ongoing initiatives would be completed by the year’s end, paving the way for future infrastructure developments in 2024.

He credited President Tinubu for the support and opportunities provided, reaffirming the tangible results of the Renewed Hope Agenda.
