"My aunt is gradually passing on" Actor Ebisan laments as he calls out LASUTH for allegedly for not having an Oxygen tank in their emergency department

The absence of an Oxygen tank in the emergency ward of Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH) has been lamented by actor Ebisan as he decries the alleged poor treatment of his sick aunt at the hospital.

Taking to Instagram, Ebisan shared a video on his Instagram Stories, expressing his dissatisfaction with the hospital’s inadequate facilities. He recounted that the hospital staff refused to treat his aunt after he pointed out the lack of an oxygen tank in the emergency ward, and instead, asked him to take her away.

In a caption accompanying the shared video, the actor criticized the government-owned hospital, stating that it almost led to the death of his aunt. He further voiced his disbelief at the situation, emphasizing the potential consequences of the absence of emergency oxygen in a state hospital.

An Instagram post by Lindaikejiblog also encapsulated Ebisan’s outcry, highlighting the doctors’ refusal to attend to his sick aunt and their subsequent demand for her to be taken elsewhere when he conveyed his concerns.

The actor’s distressing experience has sparked conversations about the quality of healthcare in government-owned medical facilities, raising concerns about the impact of inadequate medical resources on patient care.
