Manchester United to Sell Two Players, Targeting £100m in Transfer Fees

Rumors suggest that Manchester United is gearing up for a major squad revamp this summer, with Jadon Sancho and Mason Greenwood at the center of discussions.

According to sports journalist Ben Jacobs, the Red Devils are looking to offload the two attackers for an estimated sum of £100 million.

In an interview with Give Me Sport, Jacobs mentioned that Manchester United has no plans to keep Sancho and Greenwood upon their return from loan spells.

He revealed that both players are up for sale, with their market values already set.

“Considering Mason Greenwood’s impressive performances, Manchester United will have a decision to make regarding his future. However, if they decide to sell, it could attract interest from various clubs,” Jacobs commented.

He suggested that Greenwood’s price tag could exceed £40 million, providing some room for negotiation.

“I believe we are looking at a valuation of £40 million or more, so there might be some room for maneuver. Manchester United aims to generate at least £100 million in transfer revenue, whether for financial reasons or to strengthen their squad in the transfer market,” he further added.
