Man Utd Announces Management Changes

Big news from Manchester United as the club reveals further adjustments to its executive lineup. The latest official statement confirms that interim CEO Patrick Stewart and CFO Cliff Baty will be stepping down at the conclusion of this season by mutual agreement.

With the dawn of a new era under co-owner Jim Ratcliffe, there are more changes on the horizon. Jean-Claude Blanc, CEO of Ratcliffe’s INEOS Sport, will take the reins as the chief executive until former Manchester City executive Omar Berrada assumes the position on July 13.

Roger Bell, the former CFO of INEOS Sport, will be stepping in to fill Baty’s shoes.

In a statement, Ratcliffe expressed his gratitude to Patrick and Cliff for their invaluable contributions in familiarizing the club with the new management and extending a warm welcome. He also acknowledged and respected their decision to move on as the club forges ahead with a fresh management team.

These changes come in the wake of former CEO Richard Arnold’s resignation in November and the recent departure of football director John Murtough earlier this month.
