Man from Nigeria Commences Journey Across 54 African Nations by Land and Sea

Setting out to achieve a Guinness World Record, Ilerioluwa Babalobi, a Nigerian traveler, has kicked off a nine-month adventure across Africa.

Starting his journey from the Red Cross office in Lagos, the 31-year-old plans to traverse all 54 African countries using public transportation via road and sea.

Spending approximately five days in each nation, Babalobi aims to raise awareness for social causes and interventions throughout the continent.

By completing this expedition without the use of aircraft, Babalobi will become the first African to accomplish this remarkable feat.

In his recent declaration, he expressed his intention to explore tourist attractions and immerse himself in the cultural experiences of each country.

Reports indicate that Babalobi has previously toured every state in Nigeria, as well as the 16 regions of Ghana and more than a dozen other African nations.
