Kaduna Lawmaker Confirms Six Killed by Bandits in Sanga LGA

Hon Daniel Amos, representing Jema’a/Sanga Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, has verified the tragic incident where bandits attacked and killed six individuals from the Ambe community in Sanga Local Government Area of Kaduna State.

Expressing his sorrow over the attack, Hon. Daniel Amos declared in a statement on Tuesday that the assault, which took place late at night, resulted in the death of six peaceful community members and left eight others injured.

Condemning the violent act, Hon. Amos voiced, “The ruthless assault by suspected bandits resulted in the deaths of six innocent civilians, with eight others sustaining injuries and currently undergoing medical treatment.”

He strongly denounced the attempt to disturb the peace and security in his constituency and the state, emphasizing that the community should not live in constant fear of such criminal attacks.

Encouraging residents of Sanga LGA to remain calm, Hon. Amos urged for united efforts to combat the prevailing insecurity in the region.

Emphasizing the need for promoting harmonious relations among diverse communities, he called upon security agencies to swiftly apprehend the culprits and ensure justice is served to prevent further criminal activities.

Pledging unyielding support to his constituents, Hon. Amos promised to continue working diligently to facilitate development in the constituency while collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure the safety of the populace.

He extended heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families, the Arak chiefdom, Sanga Local Government, and the government of Kaduna State, expressing hopes for the swift recovery of the injured individuals.
