In a recent revelation, former Chelsea captain John Terry disclosed the four formidable strikers he found challenging to play against in his career.
The list includes Thierry Henry, Wayne Rooney, Sergio Aguero, and Harry Kane, with Henry being the player he “feared the most.”
These insights emerged following Terry’s induction into the Premier League Hall of Fame, a distinction he shares with Manchester United icon Andy Cole.
Reflecting on his encounters, Terry remarked, “Thierry Henry posed the greatest challenge for me, and I held him in the highest regard.
“Following him is Wayne Rooney, whose remarkable accomplishments speak for themselves.
“Wayne’s early days with the England team showcased his exceptional talent, something that might be underrated.
“Recalling matches against him in the Premier League and our time as England teammates highlights his phenomenal skills.
