Israeli Army Chief Issues Warning to Iran: Consequences Will Follow

Following a series of missile launches over the weekend, the Israeli army issued a stern warning to Iran that they will not escape without consequences.

Iran retaliated after an attack on its consulate in Syria by launching over 300 missiles and drones at Israel, resulting in the death of some generals on April 1.

Despite the significant number of projectiles aimed at Israel, the majority were intercepted by the Israeli defense system with assistance from the United States and other nations.

Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari, the spokesperson for the Israeli Army, emphasized that Iran will face repercussions for its aggression.

Speaking to journalists at the Julis military base, Hagari showcased the remnants of a missile intercepted during the attacks.

“We will not tolerate such aggression in the region,” Hagari asserted.

He highlighted the concern about Iran’s potential nuclear threat, stating that the Islamic Republic is also actively developing a conventional threat with the aim of encircling Israel with a “ring of fire.”
