IPMAN Threatens Service Withdrawal Due to N200bn Debt Amid Fuel Scarcity

As the fuel scarcity crisis intensifies nationwide, the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria, IPMAN, has issued a warning of potential disruption in the supply of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), commonly known as petrol, due to outstanding N200 billion bridging claims.

According to a report by Channels TV, Mazi Oliver Okolo, the association’s Unit Chairman and spokesperson at Aba Depot, stated that the threat is supported by the national leadership of IPMAN.

Okolo alleged that the debt is owed by the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission, NMDPRA.
