Nigerian artist Davido, known for his afrobeats music, has suggested that he may be stepping away from the music scene.
The singer of ‘Unavailable’ mentioned that his next album could be his last in the industry.
Davido made this revelation on Thursday, responding to manipulated photos and videos circulated by certain blogs targeting him.
He expressed his belief that some individuals are eager to see him exit the music world.
Through his X handle, he wrote, “Do you really want me out of the game that badly? Well, after the next album, I’m done. Maybe then you can find some peace.”
It is worth noting that Davido previously commented that since his entry into the industry, many of his peers have struggled to find peace of mind.
