Ahead of the upcoming Premier League clash, Manchester City’s Jack Grealish has commended two standout players from Arsenal.
Grealish has advised his colleagues to prepare for facing a more seasoned Gunners lineup compared to previous encounters.
In their pursuit of a historic fourth consecutive league title, City could overtake Mikel Arteta’s side with a victory on Sunday.
Grealish emphasized that the presence of Declan Rice and Kai Havertz has transformed Arsenal into a formidable opposition.
In an interview with City’s official website, he noted, “They have recently acquired Declan [Rice] and [Kai] Havertz, who are currently in exceptional form.”
“In comparison to last season, they may possess a greater level of experience. Last season, they had a youthful squad and it was their first time contending for a title, so this year’s team is likely more seasoned,” Grealish added.
“I believe our focus should be on our own performance. Securing a victory puts us in a favorable position,” he concluded.
