The deadline for companies interested in managing Nigeria’s $10 billion Diaspora Fund has been extended by the Nigerian federal government.

In a circular issued in Abuja on Thursday, Minister Doris Uzoka-Anite of the Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Investment announced the deadline extension. The original deadline of May 6 has now been shifted to May 13, 2024.

She further added, “The new deadline for submissions is May 13, 2024. This extension aims to accommodate stakeholders needing extra time to align their applications with the guidelines outlined for the $10 billion Nigeria Diaspora Fund.”
