The tourist visa system in the United Arab Emirates has been revamped, with all nationalities now eligible for a five-year visa allowing multiple entries, as announced by the Vice President of the United Arab Emirates.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates as well as the ruler of the Emirate of Dubai, took to Twitter to share this significant update.
In his tweet, he declared, “Today we approved the change of the tourist visa system in the country… so that the duration of the tourist visa is five years, multi-use… for all nationalities… we receive more than 21 million tourists annually and our aim is to establish the country as a major global tourist destination.”
