Following their 4-0 defeat to Crystal Palace on Monday night, Manchester United’s manager Erik ten Hag pointed to injuries as a key factor in the loss.

Reflecting on the performance, he stated, “Ultimately, we need to address these issues and strive for improvement in our gameplay.”
He expressed, “The situation is evident, and it’s a clear case of underperformance. Our execution fell short of the standards we aim for and is simply inadequate.”
Despite the disappointment, Ten Hag emphasized the continued support from the fans and acknowledged the team’s determination to keep fighting, echoing the spirit shown by the supporters.
