Enforcement of Price Regulations by FCCPC at Nasarawa Markets

Conducting a monitoring exercise at Masaka market in Nasarawa State on Friday, the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) continued its crackdown on price irregularities in local markets.

As part of its broader efforts to ensure nationwide compliance with pricing, quantity, and quality standards for consumable goods sellers, this initiative was undertaken.

FCCPC recently carried out inspections at two 4U Supermarket outlets in Wuse 2, Abuja, where the Commission confiscated 94 bags of expired goods and other items.

Following this action, the branch situated at 58 Adetokunbo Ademola Street, Wuse 2, was shut down.
