Elon Musk offers 97.4 billion dollars per OpenAi, owner of Chat GPT, but Altman rejects it

A group of investors led by Milmillonario Elon Musk has launched an offer of 97.4 billion dollars to buy Openai, the company of Artificial intelligence that owns Chatgpt, as he has advanced ‘Wall Street Journal’.

Musk’s lawyer Marc Uberooff has been the one who has submitted the offer to the Board of Directors of Open AI. For its part, Musk has urged the company, according to the aforementioned medium, to “be the force open and centered on the security that once was.”

However, the response to Musk’s offer has already been rejected by Openai executive director, Sam Altman, who in a brief phrase in social network X has written: “No, thanks, but we will buy Twitter for 9,740 million dollars if you want. “

Precisely, the technological tycoon filed a lawsuit against Openai and Altman claiming that the company’s founders had diverted from the original mission of developing artificial intelligence for humanity’s benefit.

At present, OpenAI remains a non -profit organization but immersed in a transition process towards a lucrative business model to, according to the company, ensure the necessary capital with the aim of developing better artificial intelligence models.
