The interim head coach of Niger Tornadoes, Majin Mohammed, stresses the significance of maintaining their impressive run of form at home when they face Doma United.
The Ikon Allah Boys have clinched victory in their last three home matches, netting a total of eight goals in the process.
Mohammed underlined the value of each point obtained during this critical juncture of the season.
Expressing his thoughts to the club’s media, he stated, “Every point earned carries weight at this stage, as we are nearing the end of the season with only a few games remaining. Every team has its objectives, and our aim is to establish stability in the NPFL.”
“As such, the upcoming fixtures hold great significance, especially our home games, where every team will be striving to defend their turf.
“Their victory at home was crucial for them; now is our turn to claim success on our home ground as it holds equal importance for us.”
The Minna club is set to confront Doma United in their next matchday 31 encounter scheduled for Sunday.
In their previous 2022 meeting, Niger Tornadoes narrowly triumphed over Doma United with a 1-0 scoreline.
