Mark Milley, Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin, National Security Advisor Robert O’Brien, White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham, and Director of National Intelligence Joseph McGuire.

The photo, which the White House initially declined to release, as is customary, after US military operations, was divulged by CBS News’ anchor Norah O’Donnell. She indicated that she obtained the photo from Vice President Mike Pence, from whom she also announced an upcoming exclusive interview.
