Chief Chidi Anyaegbu, the Chairman/CEO of Chisco Transport, has praised the efforts of the Enugu State administration led by Dr. Peter Mbah in revamping the transport and logistics sector within the state. He specifically lauded the administration’s initiatives to construct modern transport interchanges across different areas of the state.
Coming from a business background himself, Anyaegbu, a prominent political figure, expressed strong confidence in Governor Mbah’s potential to positively transform the state’s prospects.
During a visit to Mbah, Anyaegbu engaged with Government House correspondents, emphasizing the importance of continued support from residents and the people of Enugu State towards the governor.
Reflecting on the meeting, he stated, “I had a productive discussion with the Executive Governor of Enugu State during my private visit. His dedication to state development is commendable, especially given his prior experience in the business sector. He possesses a clear vision to enhance the existing infrastructure.”
When discussing Mbah’s ambitious plans for modern transport interchanges, Chief Anyaegbu expressed enthusiasm, saying, “Transportation is a vital aspect of life; my experience in the industry spans 46 years. I recognize the significant economic contribution of the transport sector and believe that Governor Mbah’s foresight in this regard will lead to substantial improvements in a short time for the people of Enugu.”
He further added, “The governor’s comprehensive strategies, particularly in logistics and overall state development, resonate with me. I am confident that his meticulous planning will yield tangible results for Enugu State.”
