Ahead of their upcoming match against Manchester City, Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has shared the latest injury news concerning some key players in his squad.
In his statement to the press on Friday, Arteta disclosed that Bukayo Saka, Gabriel Martinelli, and Gabriel Magalhaes have been absent from training sessions throughout this week.
Despite the international break, these three players did not feature for their respective national teams.
Arteta expressed optimism about the potential participation of Saka, Martinelli, and Gabriel Magalhaes in the upcoming clash with Manchester City, stating, “There’s a possibility that Bukayo Saka, Gabriel Martinelli, and Gabriel Magalhaes could be included in the squad for the game. They have yet to resume training, but there is a chance they might be available for selection.”
Arsenal currently leads the league table, holding a one-point advantage over Manchester City.
