Following the incident where a Nigerian woman, Favour Igiebor, tore her husband’s passport at the Lagos State International Airport, she has been apprehended.
According to NewsNow, Favour Igiebor from Edo State gained notoriety for tearing her husband’s international passport in a widely circulated video on social media.
The Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) issued a statement on Monday, announcing that an investigation has been initiated into the matter.
However, in a recent development on Thursday, the woman was taken into custody in Lagos and subsequently relocated to Abuja for questioning.
In a video currently circulating online, the woman, based in Italy, was seen being accompanied by immigration officials to a vehicle upon her arrival at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja.
