41 Suspects Apprehended by Police, Weapons and Drugs Seized in Kano


The authorities in Kano State have taken into custody 41 individuals believed to be involved in criminal activities, and have also confiscated a cache of dangerous weapons and drugs.

According to a statement released to NewsNow by SP. Abdullahi Haruna Kiyawa, the Command’s Public Relations Officer, significant progress has been made in the state’s anti-crime campaign.

The statement revealed, “Through a series of crackdowns on criminal hideouts and problematic areas within Kano Metropolis, the Command has apprehended forty-one (41) suspects and seized dangerous weapons and illegal drugs, with investigations currently underway.”
