At least 27 dead in a fire in a bar in Bangkok (Thailand)

At least 27 people have died in a fire that broke out in a bar in the Ladprao neighborhood of Bangkok, where several customers were trapped. The first warning occurred at 12:26 p.m. (7:26 p.m. in mainland Spain), according to local media reports.

Firefighters from the nearby districts of Phaholyothin, Phayathai and Huai Khwang have gone to the scene to collaborate in extinguishing the flames and rescuing the people who were inside the premises.

Prime Minister and Home Minister Anutin Charnvirakul has arrived at the scene of the incident to monitor the situation.
