Day 2 of FEC Meeting: Tinubu and Shettima Attend
President Bola Tinubu and Vice-President Kashim Shettima are present as the Federal Executive Council (FEC) kicks off the second phase of its meeting, originally initiated on Monday, March 13.
The meeting on Tuesday commenced at about noon in the Council Chamber located in the State House.
On Monday, the council reviewed a minimum of 32 memoranda.
However, the meeting was postponed to Tuesday to allow for additional and significant decisions to be revealed later in the day.
The Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris, made the announcement about the adjournment, stating, “Today’s council meeting is not yet concluded. The council meeting will continue tomorrow."
