On Friday, June 26, 2020, Nigeria reported 684 new cases of Coronavirus.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) provided the following breakdown of the new cases: 259 in Lagos, 76 in Oyo, 69 in Katsina, 66 in Delta, 46 in Rivers, 23 in Ogun, 22 in Edo, 22 in Osun, 21 in Ebonyi, 20 in FCT, 16 in Kaduna, 10 in Ondo, 9 in Imo, 9 in Abia, 5 in Gombe, 4 in Plateau, 4 in Bauchi, 2 in Ekiti, and 1 in Anambra.
Nigeria’s total confirmed COVID-19 cases now stand at 23,298. 8,253 patients have been discharged from various Isolation centers across the country, while 554 deaths have been recorded.
