As per Marca’s report, Zidane is taking his time in reaching a decision.
The 51-year-old has emerged as the top contender to take over from Thomas Tuchel at Bayern.
Zidane, who departed Madrid in 2021, has not helmed any team since then, but is currently a sought-after figure.
During his tenure at the Bernabeu, Zidane clinched three consecutive Champions League titles in his initial spell.
Questions have arisen in the past regarding his suitability for managing teams beyond France, Spain, or Italy, as he is not fluent in English or German.
Spain-based reports on Friday suggested that Zidane is on the verge of finalizing a deal to join Bayern this summer, with the Bayern board unanimously agreeing that he represents the strongest available candidate.
